Pamela Anderson’s 15,000-Square-Foot Garden Grows More Than She Can Eat, and Here’s Where the Rest Goes

Pamela Anderson shares baskets from her Vancouver Island vegetable garden with food banks, soup kitchens and churches, along with friends and neighbors. The harvest at her family property, Arcady, supplies more than her own kitchen can use.

Her sons, Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee, helped plan the garden’s expansion. Brandon “does the drawings and the graphs and the grids,” Anderson said, including Latin plant names.

Dylan “knows when things look good and peaceful and right.” The larger plot also got deer fencing.

By June 2025, Anderson described the vegetable beds as covering about 15,000 square feet. “We get to feed a lot of food banks, soup kitchens, churches, neighbors, and family and friends,” she said. She later described sharing harvest baskets with schools, too.

The garden had grown substantially since November 2022, when she described a 5,000-square-foot vegetable plot. Her harvests have included beets, radishes and lettuces, with heirloom tomatoes, ground cherries and melons also growing on the property.
