Hallie Batchelder is a New York-based influencer who hosts Extra Dirty, a dating and sex podcast on Alex Cooper’s Unwell network.
On the Oct. 6 episode of Trash Tuesday, she explained that she’d gotten a second breast augmentation because men thought her first implants were real. She’d initially chosen a natural-looking result because she didn’t want to look “really scary,” then decided she wanted something visibly artificial.
“So then I got a second boob job and I went bigger and faker,” she said. “I wanted like bolt ons.” That’s slang for implants that look obviously fake, the aesthetic she said she’d wanted.
When asked why it bothered her that people thought they were real, Batchelder said: “For people to think that I was born this way?” She added, “If they looked free, what was the point?”
She’d voiced the same frustration on Call Her Daddy in December 2024, describing her first implants as 295 cc and high profile. She said they did “not look fake enough” and that “everyone thinks they’re real.”
The revision happened in May 2025, according to her account on the Sept. 2, 2025 episode of Impaulsive. She said the replacement implants were 355 cc, moderate profile and placed under the muscle, with an internal bra.
In that conversation, she also explained why she discusses her cosmetic work: she’s “so open about what I get done” because she doesn’t want people thinking she “just popped out like this.”
On that December 2024 Call Her Daddy episode, she also said she’d “conned two guys into paying” for her first surgery, even though her parents had actually funded it.
